Go on a binge for a few days and then bump your calories back down again. Trust me, it speeds up your metabolism and completely works. The less you eat over time, the fewer calories your body will expect and it starts burning them slower in order to conserve energy.

This is another reason why I don't bother with jeans and I just stick to leggings. Leggings will last me through 2 dress sizes, easily before the elastic starts to hurt or the legs become too loose. I don't own a pair of jeans and will never bother with them.

I find that it helps me to have a day or two where I eat a lot more than I have been eating. This speeds up your metabolism and then when you go back to your diet you will start losing again.

The eating what I want but counting calories thing has always worked for me. The only issue with this is is that many junk foods will not fill you up. On days where I have chosen to eat 100g of chocolate I have to be prepared to spend most of the day hungry but I have still lost. Just make sure you take a multivitamin if…
