  • Julie, I was impressed that they had the Melaleuca products I was using in this database!! :) So helpful!
  • It isn't healthy to eat below 1200 calories per day as MOST people have a BMR of 1200 calories. Please consult a doctor or nutritionist before doing anything that drastic.
  • I also eat 5-7 servings of fruits and veggies every day as well as whole grain complex carbs. I failed to mention that in my previous post. I don't want anyone to think that all I do is consume a fiber drink mix everyday for my fiber needs. :)
  • Your best bet is to find a quality fiber drink mix (such as metamucil) but look for one that has not only soluble fiber, but insoluble fiber as well. You need about 24g of fiber per day, minimum.
