Doing okay on my water today, still have a bit more to go. Stuck to my pre-op diet 100% today, found my brain bargaining me for more food haha. Today went very well.

I ate well and kept my fluids up! Between school and work I don't find much time to work out, but my goal is to hit the gym tomorrow! :)

Well today went not-so-great for me, I went way over my calories today, but tomorrow is another day!

I ask myself this every day. I pre-portion my food if it isn't already. If i buy something loose, I will put each serving into little individual bags inside the box so I process just how much I'm eating. If you have your day of food portioned from the night before it helps soooooooo much.

Today I am proud of myself for avoiding the work and after-work binge. On my way home I pass the dreaded candy bar dish and the dairy queen. I did not stop for either today. I didn't have the best day food-wise today, but that small victory made me proud of myself today.

Kayaking went great! Got to introduce a new friend to the sport, we ended up paddling 4 miles on flat water.
