I'll be sure to take it with a grain of salt, my boyfriend was suggesting the same thing. Being that my goal weight is 160 and reading above, I'm thinking ~128g is a more realistic number.

hahahaha yeah nut waters and the occasional fake cheese. So far, I haven't found much lactose-free milk aside from Lactaid in my area. I'm going to have to expand my horizons a bit. I'm getting real excited for this Fairlife though!

One of the very best things I could do for myself when I got started was work with a trainer. Meal-prepping has also been a great help for me. I get a large sense of satisfaction in making a weeks worth of healthy meals!

Hi! My 5-day goal is to focus on my nutritional goals! I have a difficult time meeting protein requirements, so I've been focusing on increasing my protein intake, as well as getting the water I need.

I'll have to see if I can find a lactose or dairy free with higher protein. I have lactaid pills, but taking one every morning adds up. The salmon cakes were more for ease of mealprep (I'm on the go a lot), but I'm sure I could find a way to make it work. Thank you for the advice!

Gotcha. Yeah, 0.6-0.8g per lb of body weight is 144-192g. I usually hit about 50g per meal, I'm really looking for small tips (meal ideas, snacks to keep on hand, etc).

My trainer would like me to eat 35% of my calories in Protein (My calorie target is 1916/day). I weight train 3x per week and has been stressing the importance of my protein intake.

I take Blisovi- but have not had the same effects. Everybody is different! I'd say if you aren't 100% happy with your pill, to request a new one.

I've been a ghost last month, last month didn't go so well. THIS month is off to an awesome start. I'm on the tail end of my recovery period after abdominal surgery and I prepped all my food for the day before I left for work. Feels really good. Off to a binge-free start! Rachel: 1 TB: 0

I actually just bought a ton of fruit cups for my desk! :) Food: Another day under my calorie goals! Ran/walk 1.6 miles (3min walk/2min run intervals) And it actually got easier as I was running. Hopefully my surgery doesn't set me back too far. Was up to 6 cups of water yesterday, I'm getting there!

Campbells soups, a few microwave easy-mac cups, some luna bars, some 90cal granola thins. I work a lot, and having a ton of lunch foods helps me to not order out with the guys :)
