I tried it for three weeks and I didn't lose a pound but I did lose inches. So I changed my calories to 1350 because I am working out 4+ days of the week. I already lost 1lb within 3 days of changing my calorie goal intake. It is possible to do a 1200 calorie diet but it does not work for everyone. :wink:
