For the ladies that are having a hard time figuring out their bra size.. amazingly enough I followed the directions on this website: http://www.reddit.com/r/ABraThatFits/wiki/fit_guide and ordered some cheap bras off ebay in the size it told me I was.. and they ALL fit me perfectly. This is after years and years of wearing…

Set your food log as your home page on your PC. Bonus, never lose your streak!

Oh and I think that's because in that last photo I started wearing my hair differently... But either way its a great compliment so thank you!

Thank you. I understand all too well what your saying. The problem I had was that I loved food more than I loved myself... and being depressed, feeling sorry for myself was the norm. I never thought I was worth saving, as people were very mean to me all of my life. I believed them, and I did not love myself at all. I just…

I'm always amazed by how much younger people look in their after photos! Thank you, that definitely put a smile on my face

Thank you! I have worked very hard, and it really puts it into perspective for me when I pick up my son. He weighs 47lbs, and I can barely hold him for a full minute. No wonder I was in so much pain all the time, I've lost 2 of him! You can do it! Set small sustainable goals, and just keep going until you get there. One…

Thank you everyone, you guys are making me tear up. Powerful words!

Thank you! You are so right, its such a fine line with food because we can't just stop eating. Finding a balance took a long time but I was able to do it with consistency and enough willpower for an entire army! It took its toll on me for many years and I never thought I would break free, but here I am. Anything is…

Absolutely, its hard for me to put myself out there for the world to see as I've always been a very shy and private person.. but this is so important to me to share. I want anyone who may be struggling like I was, to know that they can do it too. Or just anyone who needs motivation at all, I know I still do! I read these…

Thank you! I'm just happy that I can help inspire others. I'm so grateful for this site and the people here that have inspired me the entire journey. It really makes a huge difference to see others success and know that it really is possible!

I understand, its not easy but it is worth the effort. It won't happen instantly, it will take patience and time. If you trust in the process and never give up, then you can accomplish your goals. It's just a matter of believing in yourself and taking it one day and one pound at a time.

oh my gosh you guys are amazingly supportive, thank you. I feel like I've definitely given myself a wonderful gift. My quality of life has improved ten fold, and I look forward to getting up everyday now. My goal was to lose 100lbs by my 33rd birthday, which is July 10th so I did it!!!!

I spend a lot more time on my to do list now as well. I definitely have more energy to get stuff done and that is great. I spend more time playing with my son, and its much easier to get up if I sit on the floor with him. Shopping is much more fun, it was always a nightmare previously. I can order things online now or just…

I am going through this exact same thing, although I would not consider myself skinny quite yet haha. I think the answer you're looking for is time. When I look in the mirror I see how much farther I still have to go, as opposed to how far I have already come so I get it. I still think of myself as this huge wide person…

Fantastic! You must be feeling great

99lbs lost so far, 268lbs to 169lbs. A few weird things to me: -I can feel my collarbones for the first time in my life. I find myself touching them constantly.. almost like I'm afraid they will disappear and Its really odd to me to feel my bones. I have a tail bone? Yeah I had to check my husband's butt to make sure it…

As a former heavy soda drinker I had to wean myself off slowly. You are one tough cookie to go cold turkey! I feel for you, I know it's really tough. I've been off soda for about 3 years now, and it does get easier! I just want to say you rock! I hope you know how badass you are and I'm rooting for you.

97lbs lost during the past 15 months. Started at 268lbs, now am 171lbs at 5'4. Very close to getting into the 160's and reaching the big century club
