I believe they can copy the meal to their diary by looking at your food diary and selecting "quick tools" and then "copy to date" on the meal itself.

I can jog in place in front of the tv for about 20 minutes without stopping. On the treadmill I can jog for about 3 min without stopping. Super confusing! If a serving is 110 calories for 3.5 cups and there are 3 servings per bag.. doesn't that mean the entire bag is 330 calories? Is there really 10.5 cups of popcorn in ONE bag?

I think about the consequences. I think... What is the number on the scale going to jump up to if I eat all the foodz? In high school when I lost weight my back fat finally started to go away. Just gotta keep lowering your body fat %. Here I am now 15 years later trying to get rid of that damn back fat again, among other fat :wink:
