Works for flavoring greek yogurt too. The strawberry, cherry, and cocoa extracts are my favorite!

I had to wean myself off the coffee creamer over time. I started with about 30% coffee and 70% creamer.. it was pretty bad! It wasn't even the coffee I wanted it was just a vessel for the creamer :( Yeah I have a huge sweet tooth so finding that balance between low calorie and really sweet coffee took a long time. Nowadays…

Gah that stuff was just too good I lost all control. You are not alone we all have issues :'(

Crazy good macros and it actually taste good, its my favorite by far. Yeah I hear you, I ate an entire box of cinnamon toast crunch in one day so I have to stay far away from that stuff :o

Yes that's the one! I only use about 15-20g, I think a full serving is too much too.

Fiber One Original cereal, omg it's just incredible mixed in there <3

I lost 142 pounds between feb 2014-july 2016. This month marks my one year anniversary of maintenance and I no longer worry about putting any weight back on. I know how to balance my CICO and continue to weigh my food, log accurately, and exercise daily. I worked very hard to be successful at this and set out to prove that…

I used to bake 2lbs of boneless chicken breasts in the oven every week for meal prepping. I had to buy a meat thermometer because the chicken would always come out either under cooked or overcooked. It was a pain but I eventually got it down. It would take about 45 minutes to cook then another 10 to cool, then another 20…

You think you gained 30lbs from drinking a beverage with zero calories? Control your hormones by what you eat? A calorie deficit does not help with weight loss? You can't just count calories? Nobody can eat Snickers? So much woo here :#

I went from 268 to 126 lbs over 2.5 years. I never hit a plateau along the way, and I always lost consistently. I weighed my food. Consistent logging (1232 day streak) Walked/jogged 30 minutes twice per day. Ate whatever I wanted within my calorie goals. Just celebrated my first successful year of maintenance and I still…

Same here, I like to go to bed with a full happy belly. I save 350 calories for a nice bed time snack, usually greek yogurt with fiber one cereal mixed in and a protein bar. Just celebrated my one year anniversary of successful maintenance after losing 142lbs. I never would have stuck to this process by going to bed hungry…

Thanks for posting this! Gives me a visual for the serving size

Only thing that worries me about making this is I'm afraid its going to be a small sad portion for 310 calories... Anybody try it yet?

IN for recipe :*

Made a chocolate version <3 Same recipe I posted above except I added 10g dark cocoa powder (7g to the donuts and 3g to the glaze) and a half Tbsp more brown sugar. 96 cals each before the glaze 114 cals each with chocolate glaze 6g protein each.

Same here, greek yogurt with the fiber one cereal is ahhhmazing <3

I switch off between Kamut Puffs, Heritage Flakes, Bran Buds, and Fiber one original. By far the most volume for calories is the Kamut puffs, you can have a double serving of 32g @100 cals. It fills a bowl to the rim and that makes my eyes and belly much happier. They are basically Golden Crisp without the added sugar. I…

Here's mine! 1 cup Kodiak Cakes Buttermilk flapjack mix 1/3 cup 1% milk 1.5 Tbsp Truvia brown sugar blend 4g Truvia honey 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 large egg Baked at 425 for 8 minutes, SO good! Glaze was 25g powdered sugar .5 tsp vanilla extract .5 Tbsp 1% milk Turned out to be 89 cals each without the glaze, 111 cals with,…

Yes these two are a staple in my house, plus Bran Buds B)

Thursday for me too, gonna pick up some Kodiak Cake pancake mix just for this recipe and give it a go! They have a donut recipe on their website too, so I may have to try both versions.. you know for science ;)

Somehow those molds just placed themselves into my shopping cart and will be delivered on Wednesday to my house >:)

I do this too, either bran buds or fiber one cereal. Love both!
-
2oz of almond milk and 4 drops of liquid sucralose (I like it really sweet). I do love the silk flavored coffee creamers though, the caramel is delish! Sometimes I splurge and have that @ 15 cals per Tbsp :D

Thanks vegmebuff! I should add, make sure you add the xanthan gum last and only blend for about 20-30 more seconds or you will end up with more of a whipped texture instead of an ice cream texture. I've actually lowered the amount I use down to 1 gram and some different brands of protein powders already have xantham gum in…

I only add about 3g of PP per 6oz yogurt just enough to flavor it nicely. I've never had any problems mixing it in but you definitely need to stir well. Same with PB2, it mixes in nicely just a couple of grams is plenty and its probably my favorite add in of all <3

Try this one http://fitfoodiefinds.com/2017/02/video-birthday-cake-batter-overnight-oats/ I tried it today, scaled it down to a single serving but it was really great! I didn't add the chia seeds. I've been trying all the overnight oats recipes on Pinterest and so far they have all been pretty spot on. Only gripe I have…

I tried the fluff from the video above and I thought it was very... off putting texture wise. I'll just leave this here B) If you have a blender you can make protein ice cream, one serving fills a giant mixing bowl. 60 ml sugar free maple syrup 120 ml unsweetened almond milk 30g protein powder (recommend chocolate or…

Thank you very much! 142 pounds lost and in maintenance for almost a year now :)
