I have a bulged disk in my back and was told by a specialist that surgery wouldn't help and that I would just have to live with it. That was 10 years ago so I've been living with the pain for quite a long time now. There were weeks where I couldn't even stand let alone walk. Had to crawl to the bathroom, it was horrible.…

That sounds wonderful, will definitely look for both of those!

My house is starting to overflow with Pumpkin Spice goodies! Found all this at Walmart. The pop tarts were mentioned up thread, they are Pumpkin Pie flavored and were on a special end cap display.
-
I was just thinking I wonder if I can find pumpkin spice cream cheese! I will have to look for some, I don't have a Trader Joes near me :/
-
There are also Pumpkin spice Kashi bars available year round at Walmart. My husband loves those too. A weekly shopping staple in my house. Totally forgot about those! Can post a picture if anybody wants.

Another haul from Target! I saw the pumpkin spice twinkies last week but I didn't get them.. and of coarse this week they were gone. Darn!
-
Just found these at King Soopers (Kroger) and omg they smell amazing :)

This is what I do too. Difference is now instead of planting my butt on the couch for hours on end I jog in place while playing. The time really does fly by when your mind is occupied. I get to check off my exercise for the day and before you know it, its time to eat again. Win win! I've lost 140 pounds over the past 2.5…

Found the Pumpkin spice oreos at Walmart. The Milano cookies and cupcakes at Target :) The chekout lady at Target told me they had the Pumpkin spice shredded mini wheat cereal in stock too... next trip! Can't wait until my husband gets home so I can watch him squeal when he sees these :p

Look at that figure you've got!! You are seriously rocking that dress. You must feel amazing! Congratulations on your success, you have definitely earned it :)
-

I think my husband would squeal like a little girl if he came home and saw these lol, do you know where they sell them?

I always save 250 cals for a high protein snack at 10pm because I cannot go to bed on an empty stomach. I do better with smaller meals and more snacks because I love to eat and don't have to wait as long between each one. I've tried eating bigger meals less frequently and it doesn't work for me mentally.. I find even…

Moderation was a skill I had to learn on my journey after a lifetime of disordered eating habits. It also helps to know that eating too many sweets at once will make me feel sick to my stomach, and overfull. I hate that feeling now, so for me it makes choosing moderation much easier.

"After 2.5 years of hard work, it feels surreal (and a little scary) to be typing this post that I've dreamed of typing since I came here in early 2014 desperately seeking inspiration and motivation for life change." You must be my mfp twin!! :) I started in early 2014 and am at my goal after losing 138lbs and 876 days…

I can relate to so much of what you said! You have done amazing and your anniversary photos are gorgeous!! Congrats to you :)

I bought my Fitbit zip over two years ago and have lost 138lbs with it. It overestimates my TDEE by about 250 calories per day for me. I figure it does that because I do a lot of jogging in place which is kind of cheating on the steps and the stride won't be accurate. It still tracks my activity and gives me data and I…

110-120 grams per day. Turkey, greek yogurt, cheese, and snack bars. I do an hour of cardio everyday and have no problem getting my protein in with my food choices. I am 5'4 and 130lbs.

Thank you for posting, you have done an amazing job!
-
lol this is probably exactly it then. Its the only explanation, and it definitely makes sense! Thank you :)

I did have my second child in 2011 but still wore a size 10 until 2014 when I started my weight loss journey. Interesting point though!
-
How do I tell?
-
I've worn a size 10 shoe my whole life until I lost 138lbs. Now I wear a size 11, and if I even attempt to squeeze into a pair of size 10's they are noticeably too tight and painful to wear. WTH? So unfair :'( It makes zero sense to me.. how could my feet have gotten bigger lol

Look at that amazing figure you've got!! High five!!!

IN for Batman!! Great job you have done well :)
