Understood, router upgrades have not addressed the issue, nor would I consider that adequate support. Just wanted people to be aware I have seen and experienced a lot of issues with Netgear products and Windows 7 (I won’t get into the NAS issues).

If you are running Windows 7, be careful with Netgear. Most of the resolutions I have seen to those problems have been to replace the router with another brand. And from what I can see, Netgear support is pretty much useless. Having just bought a Netgear, I can attest to my Windows XP machine, Blue Ray player, DVR amd Wii…

Yes, it is. Just found it today. Nice to have good mongolian BBQ in Knoxville. I have not had good BBQ since leaving San Diego. There was a really good Szechwan place in Kearny Mesa.

for the sliced beef, looks like they MFP had everything right except the serving size, so that's what I did, I edited it and let it add it to my foods. Thanks.

Good Mexican food. Don't know why we woulddn't have that in the south (ha ha). Funny though, since starting this diet the one thing I have been craving is a bean barrito from Taco Bell. Go figure.
