I ate at the genghis today. When I went to add the food to my diary, I noticed that the foods listed on myfitnesspal do not match the nutirion information on the genghis grill web site. Which should I use? Is there a reason that this site would seem to be higher in calories than the genghis grill suggests on there web site? For instance, here, for 2 oz. of sliced beef the calories here are 82 but on there web site it says 4 oz. are 81.6 *82). When I build my own bowl there the calories are way less.

Id go buy genghis website. Mfp sometimes is off. You could always create a new food and correct it.

for the sliced beef, looks like they MFP had everything right except the serving size, so that's what I did, I edited it and let it add it to my foods.

    Thanks.

Go by the Gengis website, only they know how lean of beef they use. The fat content of beef can vary the content dramatically. One example I came across just recently was hamburgers. Burger patties with 20% fat are 380 calories per patty, but 5% fat was 190 calories. That is a HUGE difference. So go with the website as it will be the most accurate for the food you ate.

Yes, it is. Just found it today. Nice to have good mongolian BBQ in Knoxville. I have not had good BBQ since leaving San Diego. There was a really good Szechwan place in Kearny Mesa.
