i would love to join this challenge - i only really rarely drink my water and i need to start. I'm going to try for 8 though, not 10. And does everyone use a "cup" measure? As in, are you counting a glass as one measurement of 250mls? Or do you just use a regular old glass and forget about the exact amount?

I'm sober 7 years, thank the Lord. That stuff almost killed me! And incidentally, as soon as i quit drinking, I lost 10 pounds right away. And I agree with the others on this thread, not being hung over is awesome.

I've done it before, and yes the weight drops off lickety split quick, and you'll feel more energetic (at least i did) but the problem is this way of eating is very hard to sustain over any significant length of time. haven't posted in a while 'cos my computer has been busted, but i've stuck with the prog and finished week 2 today. Yay! The drag part is my foot is starting to hurt again. But I'm going to stick it out. I'm glad its the 2 days off part right now though!

once a week on Mondays - first thing in the morning b4 i eat or drink anything, and after i go P.P. I used to be a more every few days kind of person , but this way is better because you can see your progress better and don't get freaked out by all the little fluctuations.

Whoops - sorry forgot 2 post here yesterday, last week 154.0 this week 152.2 Yippee! That's 1.8 lbs lost - but i think it may partly be due to the unexpected arrival of TOM, suddenly de-bloating me. What ev's tho - i'll take it!
