Bring gum... Choose a healthy portion in your cal allowance, and when you're done, pop in a piece of gum. The cinnamon stuff has been working wonders for me ;) OR exercise before you go to stock pile calories and let yourself endulge a little!

Perfect :) Also It really depends on how you are calculating your exercise calories and if you are confident that they are accurate. For this reason I don't usually eat them ALL back. I am quite heavy though, as a get smaller it will become more important for me to eat at least some!

Just to throw it out there, before I got my HRM MFP estimated I burned over 900 cals everytime I did my Turbo Jam DVD. Now when I wear my Polar FT4, it tells me I burned 455... If I had eated back those calories I would have been way over!

You wanna add about 300 extra cals per day for pregnancy! You'll be burning extra cals anyways. With my last pregnancy, my end weight was the same as my start weight!

I just completed C25K. I can't believe how much I missed running! Now, at 261lbs, I am running 4k which takes me about 34 min. I'm slow, but its a start! I can't wait to go faster and farther! I'd like to do a 10k by March/April!
