Check out the success stories on MFP, it`s generally pretty good, but you *may* have to tweek your numbers. Besides, MFP will re-calculate your calorie allowance and adjust as you lose weight to keep you at a good deficit. Unless you are shorter than 5 feet tall, no one should eat less than 1200.

For me, I update it. This whole journey for me about about being real with myself, and not giving myself excuses anymore? Ask youself why you wouldn't post it...
