Not really a "workout" but I aim for at least 30 minutes walking or jogging on treadmill daily. This week I'm in a mon-fri fitbit challenge with some friends to see who can get the most steps.

I just got a fitbit yesterday. Are the days of logging exercise in mfp over? I jogged on treadmill this morning and it was a 290 Cal burn, according to treadmill. Fitbit added 177 to mfp. Does fitbit know I was jogging and not walking?

I'm on day 2 . . . for the umpteenth time as well. Seems every time I lose the lbs and think I can do it on my own I prove myself wrong. I'm back with 60 lbs to lose. I'm generally not doing intense cardio every day. I guess I'm just wondering if I should. I generally do strength or light cardio on my non-run days. I was sore for a couple weeks straight, but my body is adjusting and feeling better now. I always stretch and use a foam roller after my workouts.

Stefania, I did w4d1 April 30. I started c25k during week 3. For my second 5 minute run I had to run 3, walk 1 and then run the next 2. It was tough. I hope tomorrow, w4d2 I can run as recommended. Good luck to you!

I've just restarted the c25k. I was amazed with myself the first time around. Never saw myself running more than one minute at a time, but it never did get easy.
