Should I do cardio every day?
I joined a gym about a month ago and I restarted the C25K program (currently in week 6). I do that 3 days/week, and on my off days I do weights and some type of class (pilates, strength, or cardio (dance, aerobics). I have between 50 and 60 pounds to lose, so should I be doing intense cardio every day? I warm up my muscles…

treadmill suggestions?
I'm in the market for a treadmill. Never had one before. Live in the midwest, so when it got cold, I came inside!! What should I look for? The bigger the motor the better? Any brand suggestions? I would like to stay under $600 if possible. Thanks in advance and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

just completed week 5!!!

weekly challenge?
what would you all think if we had a challenge every week? something nearly everyone can do? walking, pushups, arm curls, etc maybe introduce it on sunday or monday of every week?

confused with carbs!
I've heard that you should not eat carbs after 3pm, and I thought I could try to follow that. when I hear "carbs", I think, breads, pastries, pastas, potatoes, etc but then when I logged my orange that I ate right before bed the other night, it had 26 carbs!!! are there good carbs and bad carbs or are they all the same?
