any tv channels with workouts?

I remember when I was in high school (about 15 yrs ago) on espn early morning there were workouts, denise austin and some big muscle guy lol I have dish gold and out of all of the channels I cannot find anything like it! I don't like to pop in a dvd every day, and to tell you the truth, I get bored with the exact same workout in a dvd. wondering if there was ever anything i could dvr?
