I'm in the market for a treadmill. Never had one before. Live in the midwest, so when it got cold, I came inside!! What should I look for? The bigger the motor the better? Any brand suggestions? I would like to stay under $600 if possible.
Thanks in advance and MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!

The bigger the motor the better and it will be hard to get a good one for under $600 unless you can find one that has been gently used and become a clothes hanger for someone. I lucked out and found one that only had 20 hrs of use on it for $500!0

I have had my ProForm for nearly 8 years now...it is a very nice, well made machine and I have had no problems with it. Cushioned deck helps with impact and eases joint strain and for me, being a little prone to shin splints, it is perfect. Sears usually runs some good specials right after the first of the year on exercise equipment...and well, with it being the time for resolutions, so do a lot of stores and outlets. Good luck!0
