Thanks guys! And i def dont eat pizza all the time. But I still had a bunch of calories left and I get full very fast the last few months. I used to eat 4-5000 calories a day...! MFP has be set at 2100 I set myself to 1500. I have not been eating enough and sometimes am at about 1280 but have been trying to get to 1300-1500. Yes its low But I get plenty from the 1300-1500 I will however start adding a 300 calorie protein shake. Was not ignoring your post, i was to busy with all of the other ones.…

maybe its the calories your eating ? change in climate? or maybe your bodies fighting flu of some sort. Your body should be used to IF by now. I am doing OMPD IF 22 hours fast 2 hours eat

MMM yum, i put tuna on my salad a few days ago and it was amazing and yesterday I made tuna tortilla wraps. The sweet potatoes sound amazing! I went and bought some fish and rice today :laugh:. I did hear that nuts have alot of calories but also alot of good fats. Thanks for the advice! sounds great!

Never said you were dumb! And i workout 2 hours a day , I am the gym at 11pm at night. It keeps me busy and on goal. I dont eat back my calories or anything, i never feel hungry and understood you might, so than its not for you simple.

I agree, maybe i was a bit out of line. And I am taking everything with a open heart. I love IF, and my doctor cleared me. I eat for 2 hours a day and women and men do it all around the world. Mine might be a little more extreme than someone doing 8 hours through the day but I do not see that as a real fast.

I have no problem eating the 1400 calories lol My problem is just making sure I get the right nutritional needs within that meal. But I do beleive with eating chicken, steak veggies and taking Multi vitamins I should be good. And I will be taking the advice to drink a protein shake.
