  • I've never had any issues with my knees until I started doing the 30 day shred... now one knee is bothering me quite often. I have an office job, so when I sit for any period of time and then I get up.......... I really notice it. Any suggestions???

  • Line them out individually on a cookie sheet (lined with waxed paper) and place in the freezer, once they are frozen, chuck them into a ziploc. I do this with fish/ strawberries, etc. When they are frozen they way, they usually don't stick together when placed in the same bag after they are frozen. Just a thought :) good…

  • Even if you sit in a chair and lift some small weights (carefully) it still counts as exercise. Google some low impact exercises, and perhaps you can find something to help you out. For my ticker, I had to put the link right on my profile. Good luck :)

  • Hey Nick, I love this site! Whenever I log in it says I have 1200 calories left, that is my daily amount of calories. (It varies per person). If I exercise than I earn more calories, and you should eat back most of the calories. Feel free to ask me anything else. I'll help you the best I can. Good luck!
