I was in the same boat. If you stick with it, you will eventually see results... It took me almost 2 whole months before I really started to notice a difference. I just tried adding I had to do it unter strength training and was not awarded any extra calories for the day... That's okay I'll just get better results in the end and stop complaining, Thanks for you help.

I am on my almost done with my 4th week of Insanity and have become a little disappointed with my results. I push myself during every workout and can see no difference I don't want to give up but am a little discouraged. Any suggestions as I go into the week 5 which is supposed to be rest week???

Thanks, Doing the Insanity program, not very overweight but would like to loose at least 15 pounds and just make being healthy apart of my life. Any suggestions???
