  • Got here late this week, but I did weigh Monday and had no change... Just 3 pounds lost from last week to this one as the report I gave when I began... SW - 240 CW - 240 GW - 130 or so NWGW - 235
  • Best of weight loss to everyone.... I just started this week, so imma give my Wed checking stats from when I first began MFP then next Monday will give results again....   • I had no internet connection for a few plus other life challenges but I walked just not a full 3.5 each day..... Staying accountable
