I think that as you lose weight your body needs less to run it. So you need less base calories. This doesnt include excercise calories though.

I looked it up once and the lemon I put in my water has 0 calories.

If you work out before hand you probably wont feel as guilty enjoying yourself. But one day wont kill you.

Right now I am 156 at my heavist I was close to 170. I am very much a pear shape. So I have difficulty finding dresses that fit properly that arent high waisted and a line. When I find a good dress it is a 10.

I eat what I want almost everyday but I eat less of it and stay under (just barely sometimes) my calorie goal. My thought is that if I am going to live healthy I need to eat real food and be able to balance it.

I do this all the time. I usually put the minimun of what I want to do for instance. Today I will do the Leslie 12 min. mile DVD for at least 2 miles. If I do three I go back and add more.

I had a cutie orange and a Fit & Active Protien bar from Aldi. I hate getting up in the morning so I always eat something quick.

Last night I put it in my pan for a few minutes before I added my eggs and had scrambled eggs with spinach. It was delicious.

I dont see a lot of vegetables in your diary. I feel like they fill me up but dont have a lot of calories. Maybe you could eat half a sandwich then a dark green leaf salad. I have a handful of carrots with lunch and it helps me stay full until after school (I am a teacher). Also the meal shakes never keep me as full. I…

You could also start with something other than sit ups that will strengthen your core. Plank or different pilates moves.

As a condiment is always delicious like on a sandwich or with vegetables as a dip.

My drivers license says I am 130 I am currently 159. I was around 135 when I got it. It is one of my goals to be back down to that.

I totally agree. Although I would call myself an ammuater baker and after I make something I eat a small portion then hurry to give the rest away.

I am a little behind but for the next 9 weeks. I will try to increase my walking at work by at least 2,000 steps. I am not sure what I am doing now so I will have to work on it. I will log my food every day and stay away from simple sugars other than fruits and veggies. I also will walk/jog 2 miles 6 days a week.

I love walking I have been trying to walk at least 2 miles a day. I have a path outside that is a little more than 2 miles and I love the walking DVD I got at walmart it is so easy.
