Jelly filled pastry. They have an "icecream sundae " flavor that is frosting on the inside. It's pretty good in the freezer. I haven't had one in 4 years and I haven't missed it yet.

There is a walking with extra weight option. I would say it depends how difficult it is for you, how fast you are going, and what is your heartrate.

I have been successful with Leslie Sansone's walking program. It is very low impact.

Do you have a heart rate monitor? You could try a walking workout, something low impact. I dont know anything about MVP sorry.

I feel like that sometimes. I try to keep some filling snack close by to curb it. A couple almonds, rice cakes, veggies.

I cook regular recipes I find online then make modifications as suggested above. The big thing for me in the plate portions. 1/2 veggies 1/4 protien, 1/4 carbs/starches. The veggies fill me up with out as much calories.

Congrats on making it to Day 3. Keep up the hard work. I will be jumping back in after the begining of some shin splint pain. I am going to go back to level one for a few days then back to level two.

I am on day 14. I have not been doing it everyday. I did work up to 5 days in a row. But I was starting to develope shin splints so Ive taken a couple of days off. I am still getting great results. I understand that you dont like meat. You could try making protein bars for snacks. You can find recipes online based on your likes. One bar I like is 300 calories but only 10 grams of sugar (I add chocolate chips) They might help you be closer to your goal. But if you arent hungry I would worry about it.

If you include it in your daily calories there is no reason you shouldnt. If you start seeing a problem you could always cut back.

My 30 days is likely to last 6 weeks. I am incorperating more cardio on the days I dont do it. I am on Day 3 of level 2. Ill be finished with the 30 days by my Birthday.

I was feeling meh today as well. I just realized that it is almost my TOM. Ugh. I take a multivitamin and that sometimes helps. Think it is because of the iron and such.
