Day 2 Level 2 done. I totally agree. I am getting better at all the plank stuff which is good. I feel it more in my upper back and chest than anywhere else.0

Oh my goodness. I just did my first day of 30DS and I gotta be completely honest, I probably did only about 15 mins of it. I tried so hard to keep pushing myself through the pain, but I was getting really dizzy and close to vomiting.... Has this happened to anyone else when they first tried? I don't think I'm going to do it every day, maybe just 4 days a week until I notice me getting stronger..0

I eased myself into it 2 days breakday 3 days break day 4 days breakday. I am on 5 days this week. It does get easier. Lower your intensity smaller jumps/kicks0

Onto day 10 of level 2 today. Might double up and do the first session of level 3 today so I can fnish it in the 30 days by May 31st (still haven't made back up the day I missed the other week when I was in hospital emerency over night).0

Well I did double up today - doing day 10 level 2 and day 1 level 3. Will be interested to see how I pull up tomorrow. Am on schedule to finish the 30 workouts in 30 days on May 31st.0

My 30 days is likely to last 6 weeks. I am incorperating more cardio on the days I dont do it. I am on Day 3 of level 2. Ill be finished with the 30 days by my Birthday.0

Congrats on making it to Day 3. Keep up the hard work. I will be jumping back in after the begining of some shin splint pain. I am going to go back to level one for a few days then back to level two.0

I've missed two days due to illness. Am going to do day 4 level 3 this morning and am going to try and knock over the last 7 workouts inside of the next week.0

I doubled up today and did days 4 and 5 of level 3. Am still trying to get the 30 workouts in before May is over which will require two more days of doubled up workouts.0

I am very happy with my results. I am feeling a lot stronger and can visually see a difference in my body. I didn't lose a lot of weight - though I had less than a kilo to go to get to my goal weight when I started and I hit that part way through and switched to maintenance calories. I am thrilled with the inches lost particularly the 4.5cm (1.8 inches) that I lost off my hips and the 2cm (0.8 inche) that I lost off each arm and each thigh.
