I'm the same height, but a few lbs heavier than you and MFP has my daily cal goal set at 1330/day (2 lb loss/wk). Even without exercise I've been losing steadily when I stick to my cal goal. I have crazy friends so I don't tell them what my cal goal is for fear that they'll start in on me, LOL!

momtofour - I know how frustrating it can be to be stuck at the same weight for weeks on end. I can't see your food diary, but have you been switching up what you eat? Sometimes if you eat the same things for every meal (i.e. breakfast) then your body gets "stuck". Sometimes if you just switch up your foods that's enough…

I saw that vkp posted on her profile a day or so ago about someone (family maybe?) being moved from the hospital to hospice care, so I bet she's been tied up with other things and just hasn't weighed in yet. I didn't see a new weight reported on her profile, either.

I've done better on my eating today. We won't talk about last night though. :blushing: Just realized I can enter Walking w/crutches as a cardio exercise, so that helps. Not holding out for a loss this week, and wouldn't be surprised to see a gain.

Well, I decided to head in and have my foot checked out tonight. Due to insurance reasons (which make NO sense to me), I have to go through the ER for xrays to be covered 100%. Stupid and I don't want to go through the ER (bc it's not a real emergency!), but whatever. Send me some good vibes!

I'm not giving up! I just decided not to make a new thread every week.
