Keep going! It does get easier. I shredded once before but only made it to 20 days. Even then I saw results. I just started shredding again this week. I had to stop to catch my breath a few times, but I completed L1D3 today and I stopped a little less. Onward and upward!

Started some antibiotics today for a nasty, nasty infection. Hoping it doesn't affect my loss for the week. I need to get back to my regular H2O intake. I've been slacking since just before the Christmas holiday. Tsk tsk.

There are SO many V-day challenges/groups out there already. How about a St Patrick's day group. I beleive that would be 10.5 weeks out from the 1st of the year. Just a thought.

I'm uncoordinated and have NO rhythm whatsoever and I love Zumba! I've been to a handful of classes at the gym before, and for Christmas my hubby got me Zumba for the Wii and I love that, too. Fun, fun, fun!

I've been to Zumba at the gym a handful of times. At the gym it's an hour long, so it's def more of a workout. That being said, you can do 45 min workouts and harder levels on the Wii game. Love, love, love the Zumba! I just started with the 20 min Easy level, but it was fun! Not sure how many calories it burns, but that's ok. I can def see myself doing 20 mins 2x/day. Oh, and I weighed in today and I'm down to 196. One more lb lost, never to be seen again!

Just got home from Chicago about an hour ago. I did really well eating while home and I don't feel guilty or bad in the least. Guess I'll hop on the scale in the morning and see what she says. Hope everyone had a nice holiday!

I'm itching to get for Zumba for the Wii! I took a few Zumba classes at the Y when I belonged back home and loved it. My husband is making me wait until after xmas to get it though. I better get it as a gift or else I'll be a bit irked that he made me wait this long!

I believe it. I work nocs @ a hospital and luckily I pack my food. Otherwise I'd be snacking all night long! That being said, I would definitely choose sleep over food if given the option.
