I had me some "mist" no swirling storm just gray rain stuffed clouds trying to remain composed. A light jacket was all that was necessary at the track finished 5 miles now home to scrub floors and some sorting to do. 75/110 woot! Wooly Wednesday isn't over yet- can't wait to see what everyone ends up doing today.

Marvelous Monday! Glad to see you are safe home zichab and walking- a great way to clear the gills. Morning all! Painting continues but yesterday I was able to get some miles in "mowing." lol My hubby came home and took over so I only got 5 in before heading back to painting. Hoping to complete project today and get a walk in later. Preferably outside but we shall see. It's a great day to be alive- hmmm-humming the rest…

Excellent advice for all of us Alex! Nine times out of ten I start off thinking I really don't have time for this but once I get started I enjoy the feeling of endorphins perking up and I keep at it. But we all have days where a "kick" is required. Heavenlyb14 consider yourself kicked- it's good you recognize what you need…

2 in for today- full out day time to call it a day- 58/110

Wowza! What Monday folks. Started off this morning with the "Burn the belly fat" 3 mile and floor exercise following. Tonight I did the 2 mile "faith walk". So excited because this morning when I began I was only going to do one mile and then figured what's another 14 minutes. The end of that second mile and I thought,…

Out-walking the dogs! A great feeling indeed LouAnn~ 2Essie steady on! Question AnnofB: What is the 120 explode! lol I laughed when I read that you are doing great girl. Alex I have to read yours later- but as I can see you are "rocking it" as Supplemama says! Leslie potpourri: 1mile burn body fat 1 fat burn with weights 2…

Ditto to both of you gals. It really is a life change not a diet. Making life changes is all about keeping the head in the game and the body following. You are here now, write it down and treat yourself well. Thanks for sharing about the checking account. I have been at a standstill having lost 14 pounds and now it's as if…

Woot! You are doing fab- and wedding ready if I do say so. You are no doubt brushing up on your grapevine so you will be ready to dance at the wedding in September. Those new group dances were fun and challenged as I was last month at my nephew's wedding and had a wonderful time. Must report in: walked 1 mile today 47/110…

Oh wjennyl- I laughed when I read this because I can so relate. Girl just so you know it's about moving keeping it in motion don't focus on the steps. Leslie repeats it often for the likes of us who could let it become a stumbling block if we let it. Back when "The Eye of the Tiger" was playing in my younger days and we…

Rounding out the day with 2.5 miles. 46/ 110 Weekend walking here we come folks!

Welcome to the new walkers! Baby steps Bob! Walk at your own pace in your own style that is the way to keep it going. If there is one thing I have learned from walking with Leslie is there is no wrong way to do it. Keep that in mind the idea is to put that muscle in motion period! I am always inspired by what…

(lol I forget how to make it look that this was your statement/quote what ev-) Mower quit today so I had to ride instead of push it off. 3 miles today: 37/110

I am a woman on a mission, my daughter is getting married sept 14 and I want to lose another 15 pounds before then. That is what is keeping me motivated to walk! [/quote] Hey LouAnn! What a great goal and a wonderful celebration to look forward to. Woman on a mission no kidding! You go girl:bigsmile:

Congratulations! Clothes do tell the tale. Nothing like clearing out the closet seeing what no longer fits to keep motivated. You are doing it. Stand strong and do not discount what you have done thus far. Keep up the good work.
