I don't think I'll be bikini ready by next summer but I would like to be able to just wear a regualr one piece. I usually through a huge t-shirt over my suit too. I just don't feel comfortable. If I can lose 50 by the summer I'll not only wear a nice one piece I'll even let some one take my picture in it and share it haha.…

Usually sweets. I have such a hard time because I seem to crave something sweet whenever I finish a meal. I try and off set it with a piece of fruit but doesn't always work. And I have a HUGE weakness for gummies.

I actually got ten more done then I expected. I was able to do 7 sets of 5 reps with a 10 pound dumbbell. May not be much but I'm actually pretty proud of that on top of the hour and a half at the gym.

I have done this once before and am back on it. It was great. I had so much more energy, my health was better, and I was dropping weight fairly easily. One thing I tried to make sure I did was get as much as I could organic. And i was shocked at how little I ended up missing carbs. There are great alternatives out there…

Not sure if I will get anywhere near 100 but I will give it a shot. That's one of the areas I wanted to work on toning anyway. I'll be aiming for a min of 25. First time doing this one.
