  • I have lost 17lbs in 6 weeks eating lo carb. I love it I feel so good. And like pp said when your ready for some carbs go ahead and eat some. I did this last week and was so scared but I lost more then the week before. I think my body liked the boost from the carbs. I am usually between 25-35 carbs a day.
  • I used to only log when I behaved. And then I went on vacation to laughlin for a weekend and I didn't log at all, I came back and had lost 2.5 lbs. So now I log everything that way if you see you have lost you know what you can do the next time to not mess with the scale!
  • One other point, I think eating back your workout calories can gear you up for mainaince which is why I don;t do it much now. My thoughts are when I get to maintaince I will work out to eat !
  • This is a debateable question for sure. If I am not hungry I don't eat them back, or I eat some of them back. I think it was a waste of my time to go work out and then eat all of the calories back. Yesterday I had an intense workout and was starving at dinner time so I only ate half of them back. I also try to watch what I…
  • I might get bashed for this but I would watch your carbs. I would find something for breakfast with lots of protien and less carbs. Not everyone believes in the low carb but I have lost 24 lbs eating this way. I don't eliminate all carbs but most complex carbs and I feel great.
  • Thank you I will screw the fear!!! Your right I need to keep doing what I am doing.
  • Thanks Ladies. I did give in a little, I had a cup of mac and cheese, but I could have ate the entire box and I didn't. I did log it also, and I am now feeling guilty but I think I am going to go for a swim. Thanks again!
  • Almonds, they completely fill me up!
  • I always notice I am way more hungry the day after I burn so many calories, so I usually will end up eating less or my calorie count on the day I burn them and more on the next day. But thats just how my body works. If your not hungry I wouldn't continue to eat, but thats just my opinion.
  • I take low sugar/low fat packets of instant oatmeal and add two egg whites to it and stir. In a pan I use a little olive oil and cook it up like a pancake. I love using the brown sugar and apple packets, to me it tastes like pancakes and I don't even use syrup. Sometimes I will add honey but most the time I don't need it.
