Food Settings??
Is there anyway to manually change the amount of carbs, protein, fat, and fiber your goal is? Or is MFP's reccomendations the only way??

Anyone that juices how do you count the calories?? What about if you use the pulp in other recipes how do you count that??

Why does it seam like maintaining is harder then losing?
I feel like maintaining is way harder then losing. I am constantly stressed and constantly worried if I eat something I will gain a pound. I know I should just continue doing what I am doing but I just feel like it is so much harder!!!

Whats your go to snack/meal when you feel starving??
So today and yesterday I have felt soooo hungry. Although I have done a great job at staying just about at my calories I feel so hungry all day my head hurts. My questions is when you feel starving or hungry all day long what do you eat? What helps curb your hunger???

Bathing Suites!
I just had a baby in Feb. 7 weeks ago I made a goal to fit back into my bathing suites for our Labor Day trip to Lake Powell. This morning was the test and guess what 3 out of 5 fit!!!! I am so so excited, all the hard work has paid off. I have never reached a "weight loss" goal before!

Scared about Maintaining
So I am about 5 lbs to my goal weight and all I can think about is maitaining. I am so worried once I get to my goal weight I am just going to gain it all back. What are your tips on maintaining? I have been working so hard I feel obsessed.

Do you have these days??
I have been doing great for 6 weeks straight, I have had the occasional slip with drinking or a bad food but its usually balanced out through out the day. Or I put in a harder work out the next day. But today I have no motivation to log I want to eat everything. I just feel like if I give in today and eat everything I want…

I just can't stop eating today!~
I don't know what my problem is, I feel so hungry. I keep drinking tons of water but I am so hungry. I haven't really worked out but I keep eating or trying not to then eating. I know tomorrow I am going to regret it.... Ok vent over!
