Insanity with Shaun "T" produces fabulous results. Its really HARD but you can modify movements until you get the hang of it. its a 60day program which builds muscles and shed fat quickly

You should also look into Jenny Craig because they offer one-on-one consultations to keep you motivated and provide lots of tips resources to lose your weight. Also, Jenny's food taste better in my opinion. Good luck to you and congrats on your 4lbs lost!!!

Building muscles definitely speeds up the weight loss because it increases your metabolism. Are you able to just lift some dumb bells to tone your arms? I know you said you have back issues. So am not sure if your body can handle it or not. Power Walking on incline is definitely good for buidling muscles for the your legs…
