peanut butter (but PB is high calorie too), cheese, eggs, nuts (almonds or walnuts), oatmeal, lean meats, fish (tuna or salmon), just a few things I eat on a regular basis to get protein in :)

haha, I was always told it was normal (but most of the responders say it's not...I dunno). This happens to me too, but it's worse when my celery is old. But when it happens to me it never lasts that long. Maybe ask your doc just in case?

I will see if my local stores have EAS, I live in a very rural area so if not I can try the "big city". Thanks! Yah, I know it doesn't really "replace" healthy foods, but I'm looking for something quick and easy for times when I need to get some calories in and want something quick that I know is healthy.

Feel free to add me...I could use the encouragement too. I only joined in March but only since May 1st have I been diligent about using MFP. To get to what the "books" say my goal weight should be I need to lose 100 lbs, but I'm not sure I'll ever actually get down that much...anyway, I'm in the same boat! Let's do this!
