EA Active 2 has a HRM included, so create your own exercise and log the calories burned.
-
How do you calculate that? sorry...I feel stupid asking. I've seen a few people mention how many more pounds till they drop from obese to overweight, or overweight to healthy...how do find that out?
-
hahaha, sorry...I didn't even look up the article after the comment about water...but now I have to watch Despicable Me! Thanks OP for the profile picture!

I, also, love the wii fit...I also have zumba and EA Sports Active 2. Active 2 is by far my favorite. It's trainer led workouts that change up (or you can create your own) with an HRM and motion sensors. I LOVE it!
-
You can also create your own exercise....on the exercise tab choose "my exercises" from the top and it allows you to input your own, then it will appear in your common list every day (if you do the same routines regularly) and all you have to do is change the time and burn. What kind of HRM do you have?
-
for sure!! If you have the calories and it's not an every day occurrence (because yes healthier calories are better), go for it!! If you deny yourself a treat now and then, especially when you can afford the calories, you will feel deprived and resentful!

looking great!

never mind...someone already did it for you

well...I, too, have longish thin hair that just frizzes when dry...what I've found that helps is (much like exercise) changing it up...I rotate between Aussie and Treseme....I use each one for about 2-3 weeks and then switch. A hairstylist recommended this to me once and it's worked wonders. I also use a spray in…

the one-a-day people make a women's petite pill (smaller pill) probably not in all varieties (like teen, 50+, etc) but it's worth a try...not sure about the gummy ones really except that you are supposed to take 2 gummies a day and there is 50 in the big bottle (at a higher price than the pills) so one bottle isn't even…

A little testy?! Don't judge because I mentioned Luongo has had a rough few games..notice I didn't say he sucked...I actually do like him just think he's having a rough go right now...And thank you very much, I am an avid hockey fan...sheesh...I'll leave your thread now.....
-
Luongo has had a rough few games recently. I keep hearing people say, "I believe in Lou"...funny, everyone is trying to convince him (and themselves) he can do this....GO BRUINS!!
-
I am a die hard Wings fan, but tonight am cheering for the Bruins! Go Bruins!

I find a few entries, compare cals to get an idea of what I should be seeing...and generally take the higher in the average range...

I'm not a big baker but I do use 1/2 white 1/2 wheat when I do...I've been substituting wheat (and sometimes wheat germ) in other recipes too and don't notice a difference at all (aside from the darker appearance).

yummy,...gonna have to try

Not only am I fluffy...ok fat...but I'm WAY non coordinated. I've never ever enjoyed dancing or aerobics type moves. It takes me forever to learn a new step and by the time I do we've moved on. I try doing DVD workouts because at least then I can do the same one over and over and try to learn it so I can burn something…

get an HRM

I am doing day 2 today. I actually began on Monday but was too sore yesterday to think about it. I did some low impact cardio yesterday and called it good. I am anxious to get back into it today. Good luck!

cool, I didn't know that :) I love my nook but my biggest deciding factor was being able to borrow/lend/purchase from various places, and the library.
-
Also, you'll find most kindle owners HATE nook, and most nook owners HATE kindle...so just compare them yourselves online, consumer reports etc...and even "test drive" one like someone else suggested. You'll have to decide for yourself ;)
-
Depends really on what you want it for....reading, I know...but here's the breakdown (I should say I own a Nook but I did a lot of research before deciding on it...and I'm not anti kindle). The nook (original) and kindle are very comparable (and the two largest competitors) as far as how they work and battery life. Kindle…

haha, I started 30DS yesterday too...I layed on the floor for about 20 minutes when I finished, unsure if I'd ever move again. I am sore this morning but intend to do a second day. Good luck!

I usually go up about 2 lbs or so but it comes right back off once it's gone....And as far as meds, I like midol much better than pamperin. I tried pamperin and it did nothing (not even help cramps)...midol is my wonder drug!
-
sounds delish!! Gonna try it soon!

**I don't own a BodyBugg** I love them! My issue, and why I haven't purchased one yet, is that they are fairly expensive (but that's okay it's an investment right?) but they also don't have a display unit (unless you purchase that separately) so unless you buy it you have no idea where you are for the day so until you find…

I intend to get the FT7, I've done some research and was torn between the FT4 and the FT7 but have decided on the FT7. You can compare Polar products (so the FT4 and FT7) on the polar website. That helped me decide. The FT4 holds fewer files (workouts) but the selling point for me, for the FT7, was that it not just keeps…

I have EA Sports Active 2 and love it. I did the 3 week cardio kick start and tomorrow will finish the 9 week program. It gets progressively harder. I have lost about 17 lbs using it for these 11 weeks.
