  • Today's fitness class i used it to study for an islam test that had later today. Thank you Mr Ali for giving me time to review

  • I focused today's workout all on cardio, ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes then took a walk around the school's stairs. It was a really intense sweary eorkout but glad i did it. Hopefully even better next cardio day.
  • Today's workout we focused back on the 4 main body exercises. I was able to finish all of them and started 2 sets of 10 on the shoulder press with 6 kg dumbells. I still have thigh sores from the dead lift practice 2 days ago and that limited my leg workouts today so hopefully tomorrow i get better to start working on them.
  • Today's workout was extremely diffult as my legs and thighs were really sore from yesterday's roman dead lifts and i couldnt fo any leg exercises so i focused today's exercises on shoulders and biceps and hhopefully get a soon recovery.
  • Today's workout i focused on leg exercises such as the leg press and the roman dead lift. It was really hard and i was only able to do 2 sets of 10 for the roman dead lift. Then i ended off roday's workout with 3 sets of 10 for a 45lb chest press. Hopefully better results next workout.
  • Today is the first workout of the week, and i started cardio, ran on the treadmill for 20 minutes then went to isolation exercises that would help my back and thighs. I still couldn't increase the weights on the shoulder, so hopefully by the end of the week i can.
  • Today's workout was focused on new exercises that help improve the legs and back. It was really hard controlling the posture of the exercise because it's the first time we experienced ut and hopefully i'd practice more over time
  • Today's workout i focused on my legs with the single les press and my dhoulders with the shoulder press and lat pull downs. I did however struggle with the lat pull downs. Found it difficult to control my arms. Hopefully i could manage that the next day
  • Today we had a free training day where we can choose what should the exercise focus on, so i decided to focus on shoulders and legs. I increased the weights on the 1 leg press to 50lb and reached my rep max on the third. Hopefully mext training session i'd get it
  • April 24: we didnt exercise today because we didnt have class due to parent teacher confrences

  • Today we had a very produtive leg and shoulder day. I was able to increase the weights to 45lb on the 1 leg press and and was able to complete 2 sets of 10s before reaching the rep max on the third which was 8. Hopefully as the days pass i'll be able to overcome it.
  • Today we focused on back and bicep workouts. We started exercising using the 1 arm dumbell row and the lat pull downs. I had a lot of trouble on the seated rows but hopefully next time i control my body motion throughout the exercise
  • Today was the first day that we start using the new isolated exercises, it was a real huge challenge trying to balance off the wieghts but hopefully by the end of this week it would be less of an issue
  • Today we did cardio. I had a 30 minute run around the campus. Then back to the fitness room to use the treadmill. Today was a good exercise hopefully next cardio i'd do the same but with a little more intensity
  • Today in fitness we learned some new techniques on how to handle free wieghts and the risks that come with it and how we should be careful whnb lifting them. I tried some of these new exercises and i had some struggle with the control. Hopefully next i'd be able to have a better grib of the wieghts
  • The article emphasizes on how we should increase vegatables and fruits in our servings especially green leafy vegetables as Mr ali told us about "green galore". And the importance of maintaining a good frequency while eating and not stay away from the extremes such as being hungry or full.

  • I sadly missed today's cardio workout due to a field trip with the other IB history students, hopefully tomorrow and next cardio workout i'll work harder.
  • Today we started off this week with weight training, i keep struggling with the new exercises such the shoulder press and the 1 leg press due to muscle soreness but i was still able to increase the weights for the bench press to 80 lbs and go a new rep max to beat hopefully by the end of this week

  • Today we did cardio, ran on the treadmill for 15 minutes. mr ali introduced to us the new agility ladder. The training was pretty intense and we made alot of mistakes resulting in 5 push ups for all of us. It was fun hopefully we'll master the ladder soon.
  • Today we did weight training, i finished all 3 major workouts and just started with shoulder press. Pretty hard and dangerous as well, felt alot of pain today but hopefully tomorrow during cardio i'll feel better.
  • Today we did cardio and i was really productive, used the bicycle and treadmill for 20 minutes then we played basketball and ran a couple of times in the gym. I felt great after the exercise .
