Most of my weight has come from my babies! But they are 5 and 3 now, and it has taken me this long to get the baby weight off! I ate pretty much anything and everything with both of them and I big time regret it now! I am about 5lbs from my pre babies weight now, but ideally I would like to get down to my wedding weight…

I am the same way! I am about to start mine, and I have wanted to do nothing but eat the last 2 days! And not good foods, but craving my ice cream! I just try to workout extra to burn it off! That's what I did today! I never eat ice cream during the day, and today I just really really wanted it so I caved!

Totally normal! I ahave been working out for a few years now, and I still have random days like yesterday where I am hungry all day long!
-
great job!

Since you said you have back problems, I would probably go with the Zumba. There's not as much jumping and such involved!
-
I like the "boy shorts" or hip huggers. They seem to work best for me while working out.
-
Wow, you look amazing! Great job! you should tell your hubby to be proud and let you flaunt it as much as you want!

I am doing the Insanity right now, and I will be honest, I have a hard time doing it on Saturdays! I do good Monday through Friday and then once Saturday comes I just don't feel like doing it! I just finished week 4, and I will say that I did my measurements 2 weeks in to it, and I was already down an inch in my waiste!…

I try not to eat mine back, or if I do I eat very little of them, and it seems to be working so far for me! I don't really see the point of eating them back. Isn't that the point of exercising so you are burning calories?! I have been told the key to weight loss is calories in vs calories out!
-
First of all congrats on the anniversary. Second you look fantastic! Keep up the good work!
-
Maybe try not eating back all the exercise calories. It's all about calories in vs calories out! Good luck!
-
I totally agree! Almost more adicting that facebook!

I am the same way! I have lost the wiehgt, but my belly is where my fat tends to build the most! It seemed like no matter how hard I tried, the belly fat just stays there! My waiste is getting smaller, but the bulge just won't go away! I'm currently 2 1/2 weeks into Insanity, so I'm hoping this will do the trick! Good…

Interesting reading all of this! I am one of those people as well. I worked out 5 days a week before joing this site, and didn't see the scale budge at all! Once I started logging my calories I realized I wasn't eating enough each day. Once I started making sure I hit at least 1200 calories a day the weight started coming…

I like to listen to 80's music when I workout! It really keeps me going for some weird reason!
-
The ones that see you everyday are always the last to notice! Congrats on the weight loss, and keep up the good work!
-
Love it! Thanks for sharing!

I have never gone back to check, but I'm hoping it is right! LOL
-
Welcome to MFP! Sorry to hear you are in the Puget Sound area! LOL I just moved back to CA from there! I couldn't stand the weather! I needed the sunshine!
-
Thank you! I will try that! I am really hoping to see some great results!
-
That is awsome! Great job, keep up the good work!
-
Awesome job! What do you log the workouts under for cardio? I just ordered it and can't wait to start!
-
I am getting it for my birthday and I am looking forward to starting it! How do you log it in your cardio when you do it? What does it fall under?
-
It is amazing how fast a couple of pounds here and there can come back! Super annoying! Getting back on track it should go away within a week! That's what usually happens with me.
-
Don't give up! If you have done it once, you can do it again. And so what if you pig out, we all have our pig out days I am sure. You just need to get back up and start fresh the next day! And definately do the workouts even if you do pig out. Every little bit helps. A workout is better than no workout reguardless of how…

Exercise TV has lots of variety as well!

OMG! I go crazy the week before! I crave all the fatning foods like fast food, frenchfries, and pizza the week before! I try really hard to resist the urge, but usually give in at least once or twice that week! Then the week of I am back to normal other than my reese's pb cup I crave the first day! Stupid hormones!
-
Yep, I have occassional days like this too. Not sure what makes it happen. I just try to eat another snack when it happens, but a very light snack like fruit or something like that. Just enough to satisfy the belly!

This is exactly what happened to me after about 4 months of working out! I lost bout 20lbs, and then stayed at the same weight for the past 2 1/2 years! Until I started doing MFP. I was still working out 4 -6 times per week, and trying to watch what I ate for the most part, but no matter what I did I couldn't lose more…
