Wow incredible results! Did you change your diet as well or just stick with the routine? I have tried the 30 Day Shred several times and always end up bored with it. I did do Ripped in 30 though and stuck with it for the full 30 days. Didn't take any pics, but currently doing 6 week 6 pack 3 days a week. Fabulous job!

So is there a device you can wear all day that will tell you your total calories burned through out the day? Or is a HRM the best bet? I am wanting to get an accurate count on calories burned while working out but also would like to know total calories burned through out the day. The fit bit is just like a pedometer right?…

My moms Dr had her do basically a gluten free diet for 30 days so i joined her minus a few cheat days here and there. I saw absolutely no changes in my belly whatsoever, so I truely beleive whole grains and wheat are only bad for you if you have an intollerance to them. Just MPO!

Yes it does require a monthly fee which I also was unaware of. I had asked my Dad for one for Christmas and he looked into them. Once he found out it required a monthly fee on top of actually buying it he decided not to get it. So I am still trying to figure out what to get that will be a good way to track calories burned…

I have the 5 mile walk video and when I feel I need a lighter workout I will do it, and I just log it as walking whichever pace. The 1 mile is a 15 min mile which equals 4mph walk. The 3 mile is a 12 min mile which equals 5mph, etc.

It is normal to go up when staring any new program. I didn't loose a whole lot of weight when doing Insanity, but I did loose a lot of inches! When I did loose the weight most of it was in the second month. Just be patient and keep up with it. I'm sure you will see great results in the end.

I survived the cycle/pump class today! The instructor was tough on us today and a part of me wanted to quit half way through the pump part but I didn't! I stuck it out till the end!

I get mine at Kohls! They have a brand called Tek Gear that is basically just a cheaper brand name but is just like the nike dry fit. Also JC Penny has a cheaper brand as well that seem to work just fine! I'm a bargain shopper, but not a wal mart shopper. :)

I have tried to do both Insanity and Chalean at the same time one in the morning one at night and it has never worked for me. I just get too tired from doing both. Yes Insanity does work!! I have done it 2 times full rounds missing just a few days, and I will say my first round I lost 2 1/4 inches in my waiste, and the second time I lost more, but didn't take measurements.
