Fiber One makes a good 90 calorie chocolate pudding powder packet that goes good in a smoothie with a scoop of vanilla protein powder,banana,Spinach raw,almond milk.320 calories for a large shake.very good.I find I need the fiber with the protein.

I have the same thing going with weighing in daily. I wish I knew what if feels like to worry about being under-weight.I think I weigh daily to try and figure out just what food worked best for me that week with how the scale moved.

The microwave doesn't cook as even as the oven or grill but I made sure the meat wasn't pink anymore.It would be bad to get sick from undercooked chicken.I think I'm going to have a tuna sandwich today in one of those Brownberry Pocket Thin Flatbreads.

A can of tuna in water is 39 grams of protein but I would have to mix it with some Lite Mayo.

I bought some books that where called" Eat this not That" and I look at the pictures and want to eat it all.I think thats the stubborn side of me,I always want what I can't have.

Chips not as in Fish and Chips, but the kind in a bag you grab and eat in front of the TV and get Fat. Well now I try to do that with baked chips while reading about losing weight on my iPad.

I agree.My granddaughter's birthday party was last weekend and my daughter bought special decorated cupcakes and pizza for everyone and of course I had that,then my son took his dad and I out for dinner that night,that whole day was well over 2000 calories,probably close to 3,000 and I am trying to stay around 1200. I will have to try that with my husband.My kids are are grown and so it is just my husband and I at home(and the dog) , now I know how the dog feels watching us eat. Willpower is the key. Its funny how loud it sounds when someone is snacking in the same room. You have to laugh and keep moving forward.

Hips and Dips is about right . I do need to drink more water.I used to drink a lot of diet coke and haven't had a soda in a month since I started with My Fitness Pal.I once in a while put some of that Mio stuff in my water but it's probably not good for me,like everything else that I like.

Thank you for your reply.I think you are so right about their loss my gain. Well lets hope not weight gain.I did try a new yogurt dip called Jalapeno & Salsa Oikos Dip by Dannon that is pretty good with baked sun chips.
