I'm scheduled to start tomorrow--Mar 3. Would like to join up with others who want to try T25. I've watched and tried to participate in the cardio video just to get an idea. Pretty intense & intimidating! Keep moving. Little by little--inch by inch!

I'm 48. Haven't ever really been successful in sticking to a program. I would like to start the T25 program tomorrow. Need to lose the weight to get my confidence back! I want to feel good again!
