i'm really struggling with the last bit of weight too. i was wondering if your body comes used to the amount of training you do etc.. even though every day at the gym i push myself that bit harder or go faster, maybe my body has just had enough and wants to leave me like this.

I promised Myself a new outfilt when I got to a size 16, the rest of the stuff I bought from charity shops, didn't see the point in keep spending lots of money whilst my weight kept going down. My size 16 outfit lasted about 2 weeks then was too small.

lots of these new super smoothies have flax seeds in the, you can also buy golden linseed with is the same thing.

well done Michelle, try not to be influenced by what other people are doing at the gym or with their diets etc. set yourself little targets and every day try to better them. xx

did you lift when you were trying to lose weight too? I'm only asking because I go to the gym 5 times a week and really enjoy lifting weights but keep getting told it will put weight onto me.
