I'm a Texas girl. I wish Texa has every season! Our main season is summer and it's hot. Sometimes we are lucky and get a 50 degree winter. There is a lot do to here, this state is so big how can we not have a lot to do.

I take 2 packets of emergen-C with a spoonful of Kyo green, 2 echninacea pills a day plus my multivitamin, D3, GNC fruit and vegetable vitamin, glutamine and some amino acids.

I'm still the same 160 lbs. I could have been worse since I went over 4 days because of birthday eating and drinking. I had fun though!

Remember what Jillian said about the punches? It's good for people who have problems with their lower half. U get u're hear rate up and u are working your abs.

No weight loss this week. Still 160 lbs. Worked out 6 days this week and went over 1 day.

My goal is to lose 100 pounds! I've lost 63 so far with 37 to go. It's been a slow process (19 months) but at least I know I can do it and keep it off. I'm hoping by 2012 I'll make my goal. Lost 1 pound with CW: 160. Went over calories saturday and Sunday. Burned 6117 calories this week. Worked out M-F twice a day and once on Saturday. Hope everyone did great!
