I drink it and it's good. It's just water with a coconut flavor. I don't know how the taste is gross unless you don't care for coconut. I've had Vita Coco and ONE. Both are good.

Walking Shape up with Chris Freytag. She does intervals of some walking and in between she does strength with lunges, squat, pushups, planks and she includes weights with all these moves. There are 2 one is 40 minutes and the other is 47 minutes. It is in the Walking and Cardio section.

I use Nuvaring. I don't think it made me gain weight. I love it! It's so great not having to take a pill everyday except my usual vitamins.

How long have you been walking with her? The only way walking will work is if you progress. Maybe you are progresing faster, so you should step it up a notch. I have knee problems also. It's been a few years that I went to the doc. Did an xray and nothing showed. Never went for an MRI. It still hurts on and off so I wear a brace when I workout. It's weird I can go up stairs fine but going down is a killer!!

Just tell her straight out what you just wrote on your post: "I can't take your stuff because I don't have enough room or weight since you didn't want to pay" She's your friend, she should understand. Or, just pack your stuff and if there is room left put what you can of hers and tell her that that is all that will fit.

I live in Southeast Texas, so it gets in the high 90's over here. The more you walk or jog in the heat, the more your body gets adjusted to it. I have always hated the heat, but now I'm cold all the time! It sux but good too!

The Body Bugg calculates calories burned through the day. So her daily calorie goal is set to 2100. That includes all activity through the day.

U can check my diary out. I eat real food that I know I'll still be eating once I hit my mark. I can't live off of yogurt and fruit. But I guess to each is own.

I did the same thing you did on week 5! I'm glad I wasn't the only one! LOL!! Yes, it's hard but you have to be your own coach. Talk yourself through it and you will make it. I never would have thought I could jog 20 minutes straight, but I did it! You can do it!

Is this a closed Challenge or can I still join? Also, calorie burns are only for Tues-F or is it M-Sun?

I looked it up on the internet and it said that you do burn more calories doing a walk or run outside. I don't remember how much though. Don't worry about the heat though. I do it 5 days a week here in Texas and it was in the upper 90's today. As long as you drink a lot of water before and after. I drink a whole liter…

Try to put a lot more fruits, vegetable and lean protein in there too. Try to not eat a lot of processed foods. Yogurt is good, but try to get a high protein nonfat one. Try to eat more fresh. It's hard, but it' worth it. You'll see results.
