I think you might need more fruits, vegetables, lean meats and fish. Protein powder and vitamins. Less processed foods. It's hard. I'm trying the less processed food thing. I'm having to cook a lot, but I am making it in bulk, so I won't have to cook everyday.

An NSV for me this week was getting 2 days of C25K Week 4 done! It's 16 minutes of running/ jogging. Not all at once but still it's the majority of a 2 mile walk/ jog. I didn't stop jogging until I was supposed to! 5K here I come! Oh and I've been doing low carb this week too and getting some good results!

Try the hummus. It's really good. Greek salad with grilled chicken. Ask for the dressing on the side. A Gyro with lean beef or chicken with taziki on the side. They should have a selection of fish also. Good luck!

Um not all of us can wear low rise anything. I actually think it's gross for someone with a gutt to wear low rise. (not saying any of you are that person) I'm just saying. I'd rather be left with the gap than to be one of those people. A belt does solve the problem to a point.

I drink Max Protein chocolate. I get it at GNC. It's 118 calories a scoop with 22 grams of protein, 2 grams fat, 3 grams carbs and 1 gram sugar. Its really good with just water. I drink mine with almond milk.
