I started 3 weeks ago, 0.25mg. One more week and then I up it to 0.5mg. I am diabetic and my A1c was 12.9 ... just a little bit high. But my blood sugars have been great since starting. Very rarely are they hitting 200. I am not hungry, feel full quicker and I am down 6.6lbs.

Just ending a flare with Crohn's. Unfortunately, when in a flare I have to eat higher carb diet. In a week I've gain almost 5lbs. So glad to be back on the better eating path for me. I'm usually eating to keep my blood sugars controlled.

What can I do to get over the taste of cauliflower? I have tried mashed, roasted, etc ..... can't stand the taste.

Instead of a contract, what about creating weekly/monthly goals? Ex. lose 5 lbs, walk so many steps/miles, drink 64oz water/day.

I was sleeved 3/2017. Have lost a total of 70lbs. It's difficult, as I also have crohn's. But getting back on track to lose another 20.

Tusker House was amazing. And the characters just made it even that more enjoyable. I loved the buffet. I admit, i didn't eat all low carb, but not feeling one bit guilty. We had the dinner/show (River of Lights) package. Well worth it.

For someone that has to control carbs and protein, these are actually pretty good. Haven't tried the breakfast pizzas yet. The other pizzas and enchiladas are good.

You're right. In the new Harry Potter areas, they examples of the seats for the rides so people can see if they fit in them. Last went in 2016. Was concerned about my weight then, now 70lbs lighter.

You can put broccoli in mine. I use a bag of shredded cole slaw mix. Pour 1/3 cup of rice vinegar over it. Put in a container and shake. Let it sit in the fridge over night. So yummy.

I'm diabetic. Have to count the fiber when calculating my insulin. But try to do no more than 60g per day. Works for me. Tonight I am cooking filet of sole with citrus seasoning and roasting asparagus. Not a huge fish fan, but once in a while it's good.

If you're going to eat something with high carbs, make sure the fiber content is also high. I'm diabetic and I don't track my sugar. I track my total carbs and make sure the fiber content is high also.

Being diabetic, I can't use net carbs. I have to use total to calculate my insulin. Though, for my husband it would be really good for him.
