Next Trip ....
Going next weekend to Disney Springs and Animal Kingdom. Have reservations at Tusker House (buffet). Will be able to keep it high protein, low carb; though I may have to splurge on a bite or two of dessert.

Has anyone gone from being Type 2 to Type 1?
3 years ago, as a Type 2, I went into diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Thanks to that episode, my pancreas no longer produces any insulin. My doctor has now changed my status from Type 2 to Type 1.

Low Carb & Diabetes
Hello!! I now have to take my insulin according to the total amount of carbs in my meal. I am adjusting what I eat because I don't want to take a large amount of insulin. Therefore, I am monitoring the number of carbs I eat. Is there anyone else that is doing this?
