Applebees is one of the best restaurants that I know of, for people like us that are eating healthier and watching our caloric intake. So many yummy meals for 550 calories or under, it really makes going out easier, and so much of an anxiety/temptation.

I am having issues with this as well, I went into the kitchen twice now, and walked out! I almost gave in, until I seen a hard candy, and just took that to help ease the craving. Late nights, are the worse for me. I've wondered this question too, I've heard don't eat after seven, not sure though.
