Maybe you could try some high protein, high fiber meals. I have seen the most results when I drink Pure Protein drinks for bf. They are only 140 calories + 80 if you mix with skim milk. I do...I only have one friend on here and that is my best friend who just found out she is pregnant, so I'd love to join and get encouragement. I have about 40 lbs to lose. My problem is I have a couple of good days then I reward myself with food!

By the way, I haven't been exercising as much as you. I have been walking 3-4 times a week. I'm sure that has a lot to do with my success vs. yours.
