It is a plain cheese from Shoprite. It's a grocery store, they make their own pizzas, but not a pizzeria . Yes I am ok with over estimating :) And I believe it is a 16 inch. I just measured it! It's definely not like a Little cesaer pizza. It's airier, less cheese n sauce. Thanks for all the help!
