Calories in prepaired food.

So I bought a pizza from my grocery store, it's store made I just had to put it in the oven. But since its alreadyrepaired it doesn't have nutritional info. So looked it up on here and it says its only 290 calories for 1/4 of the pizza... As great as that would be, it doesn't seem right to me. So how do I get accurate nutritional info for prepaired foods like this, just to be sure.?
Thanks
Thanks

~1300 calories for a flat piece of bread wetted with tomato paste and a few sprinkles of cheese? Sounds about right. It's probably mostly air anyway.0

what kind, what size and from where?0

Try comparing it to another chain's pizza, like Little Caesar's or something. http://www.littlecaesars.com/Portals/_default/images/corp/lce-nutrition.pdf
Their medium cheese pizza is 250 calories a slice. Is it as thick and juicy as one of those?
are you okay with overestimating your caloric intake?0 -
It is a plain cheese from Shoprite. It's a grocery store, they make their own pizzas, but not a pizzeria .
Yes I am ok with over estimating
And I believe it is a 16 inch. I just measured it! It's definely not like a Little cesaer pizza. It's airier, less cheese n sauce.
Thanks for all the help!0
