My go to right now is whole grain wheat bread with peanut butter and banana I also like omelets. I do 2 eggs, onion, green pepper, meat of choice and half slice of cheese. I cook my omelets in a baggie and boil it for 12 minutes. I also like greek yogurt with fresh berries and granola

I like doing goals that are reachable now because i am so close to my goal weight. I don't want to make a goal to hard, not reach it and then screw myself up over it. But at the beginning i would definitely make harder goals.

I'm the same way. I eat whatever just smaller portions. Instead of a whole candy bar I eat half. Instead of getting a burger with a large fry I get a burger with small fries. I eat out at least once a week. Moderation is key and I lost 26 lbs so far eating this way.

Hi! I'm Brandi. Born and raised in Wisconsin. I have two little ones 5 and 2. I weigh less now then I did before I got pregnant with #2 but need to lose 28 lbs more to be my pre pregnancy for #1. I want to lose 33 lbs total. My goal for this challenge is to lose 16.5 lbs.
